"We used Community Service Media to produce a 4 minute
"recruiting" video and a fast paced :30 second "morale booster" commercial.
They exceeded our expectations on both. We had them on-site here for two
days filming every aspect of the Sheriff's Office. They were both 8 a.m.
starts and went well into the evening. Both days they filmed and never
complained about the hours. We also ran them all over the county getting
just the perfect shots. They were very accommodating and went well above
and beyond what we had expected.
Just to how accommodating they were during the large
static shoot our honor guard had the flags positioned wrong. It was not
until the first draft of the commercial was produced that we noticed this.
They came back up for the day and we reshot that portion along with our race
car that we were not able to shot earlier due to weather. We are completely
100% satisfied with the service and product that they produced and would
definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future for other
video needs.
We also purchased commercial TV time through Community
Service Media and our :30 second commercial aired for a month on
approximately 25 stations. We just finished purchasing time through them
where they are placing the video in every movie theater here in town to be
run before the movie starts for a month. It has been a very pleasant
relationship with them and I can say without hesitation that they will not
stop at anything until the client is satisfied and proud of the finished
product. They are also very pleasant to work with and understand the
workings of law enforcement and our "culture".
We have nothing but high praise and compliments to them
here in Alachua County and look forward to using them again in the future.
